Week 35

Busiest two weeks of my life!

These past two weeks have been the busiest two weeks of my life. There has been no rest time! We have been doing service pretty much every day. There has also been tons of rain which equals more flooding. Which isn't too bad normally except for roads closing down.

But this past time a member's home was flooded with six feet of water... so everything was going. To make it worse they lived in the middle of nowhere and they are hoarders. So we had a trash pile the size of a house. There was meat, clothes, waterlogged toilet paper. And it all was doused in septic tank sludge. So that was super fun to go through. Had to wash those clothes three times to get them to where I was comfortable wearing them again.

Other than that, we had Joey's baptism! That was super fun! I got the privilege to baptize him too! He is doing well still! We're still working with him to progress in the gospel and to get the priesthood now!

We also had two more baptisms this past Sunday! Keith and Bing Voelker called us up on Friday morning and told us they wanted to be baptized that Sunday. So we made a few calls and got the whole program set up and the interview done the next day! We got a baptism set up in less than 24 hours! So we have gotten three new members in Martinsburg since then! Super awesome to see some progress finally in this area! The work is just slowly getting faster and faster!

I am still alive and well! Just been even too busy to email!

Love ya guys and I'll talk to ya next week!

Week 106!

Wow... It has flown by! I cannot believe how quick it has gone. 2 years, 106 weeks, 741 days. I wouldn't trade it for the world. It has...
